I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina; the youngest of two children and the wanderlust of the family. Always ready for a new adventure and to absorb the deepest of any culture. I adopted the US as my home when I moved to Phoenix, AZ with my family, in 1997.
My mother and grandmother are responsible for the passion I have for baking and cooking. Ever since I can remember, I was next to them when they were doing their magic in the kitchen.
I proudly carry 3 professional degrees: Teacher, Handwriting and Document Examiner, and proud graduate of Escoffier School of Culinary Arts with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts (2018).
I come from an Italian+Spaniard family, where good food was always on the table, and making careful and specific ingredient choices in the kitchen is paramount.
