SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Sweet and Divine Baking ships NATIONWIDE via USPS Priority Mail. We take pride in what we do. We put great effort and care into baking and shipping your order. We pack our items very carefully, wrapped in bubble wrap and kept well insulated when needed. Although we take every precaution possible, we cannot guarantee their handling during the shipping process. Unfortunately, items can possibly arrive damaged while in transit to you. The packages are at the mercy of the carrier once it leaves our possession. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to your order during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
We normally ship Monday-Wednesday, as we want to ensure that your order will not spend unnecessary time at a post office over a weekend. If you order from Thursday-Sunday, they will be baked and shipped Monday for the freshest quality. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please feel free to contact us and we will work with you.
We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can, but please note, once we release your package to the postal service, we have no control over the arrival process and cannot control the delivery date that USPS provides us. Transit time is normally 1-3 business days depending on geographic location per USPS. We cannot offer refunds for delays or any circumstance from the moment USPS receive your order.
As our products are edible, and due to the perishability factor of our homemade products, we cannot accept returns.
If a proportionate refund is issued, it will be through giving you credit for use toward a future purchase on Sweet and Divine Baking store.
Full refunds will be issued only if any incorrect order is made by us. All full refunds will be paid back to the credit card used or in the way the order was paid, within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. No refund will be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
You must provide receipt of purchase.
Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted" – we will ask to make sure that everything is correct.
Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after signing for your order.
We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated above.
For custom orders, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges of any kind.
